Welcome to AI4LD, operated by Dr. Brenda Bannan. By using ai4ld.com or purchasing our products, you agree to these terms. They're written to be read, not skimmed past — the short version is: use our materials for your own professional practice, don't redistribute them, and apply your own professional judgment when using AI tools.
Our products
AI4LD sells digital learning products for instructional designers and learning experience professionals: evidence-based eBooks, microlearning videos, AI Design Companions and Agents, frameworks, and related bundles. Everything is delivered digitally — nothing ships in a box.
Your license
Your purchase grants you a single-user, non-transferable license to use this product for your own learning and your own professional work (including work you do for your employer or clients).
You may: download and keep your copies; print for your own use; apply the frameworks, prompts, and methods in your own projects and deliverables; reference the ideas with attribution to AI4LD / Brenda Bannan.
You may not: share, forward, resell, or redistribute the files or your access links; post any part of the content publicly (including to shared drives, learning platforms, or AI training datasets); present the content as your own work; or use it to build a competing product or course.
If your product includes an AI Design Companion or AI tool, your access link or login is part of your single-user license — please don't share it, and don't use it for automated or bulk requests. Conversations and outputs are yours to use in your own professional work. If your product includes prompt libraries or templates, you may use and adapt them freely in your own work, but may not republish or resell the collection itself.
Teams: each person needs their own license. For team or institutional licensing, contact us via info@ai4ld.com — group options are available.
Intellectual property
All content — including the Integrative Learning Design Framework (ILDF), course materials, videos, and site content — is the intellectual property of Dr. Brenda Bannan and AI4LD, protected by copyright. Citing our published work in academic or professional contexts with attribution is welcome and encouraged.
Purchases and refunds
Payments are processed securely by SamCart. Prices are shown at checkout in U.S. dollars. Refund terms are stated on the checkout page for each product; to request a refund or resolve a billing issue, email info@ai4ld.com and we will make it right.
Educational content, not professional advice
Our products teach evidence-based approaches to learning design and AI. They are educational resources, not legal, financial, or compliance advice. Outcomes depend on how you apply the material in your own context.
AI-powered products
Some products (such as AI Design Companions and Agents) run on third-party AI platforms and generate responses dynamically. AI outputs can be imperfect or incomplete. They are a thinking partner, not a replacement for professional judgment — review and validate anything an AI tool produces before relying on it. Your use of third-party AI platforms is also subject to those platforms' own terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI4LD's total liability for any claim related to our products or website is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes and contact
